ISO 20000 Certification

ISO 20000 Certification | Service Management System: is a international standard for IT Service Management System (SMS). It was developed in 2005 by ISO/IEC JTC1/SC7 and revised in 2011 and 2018. This standard specifies requirements for the service provider to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and improve an service management system.

The standard was first published in December 2005.
In June 2011, the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005 was updated to ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011.
In February 2012, ISO/IEC 20000-2:2005 was updated to ISO/IEC 20000-2:2012.

ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 can be used by both service providers and an organization seeking services from service providers.

ISO 20000 Certification Process

Process to get ISO certificate is as follows:

1. Provide us your business information : our executive will visit your premises (Free of cost meeting).
2. Our executive will assess your business activity & will provide you quote
3. You need to sign certification agreement (application) & pay certification fee
4. CDG’s ‘ISO 20000 Auditor’ will conduct audit of your organization.
5. After successful audit CDG will take certification decision
6. An ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 certificate will be awarded to your organization.
